I had an amazing experience with this company! Their team was prompt, courteous, and incredibly thorough during the cleaning of my chimney. They took great care to protect my home and left everything cleaner than they found it. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail and the way they answered all my questions about chimney maintenance. After their visit, I feel confident that my fireplace is safe and ready for the winter season. Fast responsive. The service guy just came to our house for inspecting and cleaning the chimney within a hour after the company contacted me. The guy is very polite, gentle and patient. He does not only give me advice how to deal with our issue in the future, but also, incredibly, cleaned up the dust and dirt that were left behind for weeks under the couch near the fireplace.

Our steel chimney (30+ years old) was damaged and deteriorating. We called a few contractors. The tech from Royal provided a competitive quote and noted the reason why our chimney had issues. Shortly after we agreed to the quote, He booked an install date. On the date, he arrived as planned and removed/replaced the old chimney the same day.

They are clear and effective in communication. the tech did the inspection upon arrival and figured out the problem (the damper wasnt fully open due to the loosening of the winding nut). He got it fixed and cleaned the chimney. All was done in less than an hour.

They performed a thorough cleaning of my fireplace, removing all soot and ensuring optimal operation. Their team is highly professional and they explained the whole process to me in a clear manner. Highly recommended!
