My garage door broke on a Saturday am. While Jay couldn't get there right away, he kindly responded and went above and beyond to leave me some supplies to pick up at his shop which I couldn't find at the big box stores. What a great guy. So helpful and willing to go out of his way to help me out when I was in a jam. He wouldn't even accept any compensation for this. Imagine that? Monster Overhead doors and Jay will be my go-to for any garage problems in the future for sure!

My elderly parents had problems with their garage door in which it was very old. Bill handled things, replaces rollers etc.. and was very reasonably priced. I even broke a glass and he came and replaced it with no labor charge. Monster garage doors is the best and I would recommend only them for all your service needs.
