Mont Surfaces by Mont Granite, Inc.

First of all, the selection was better than we found anywhere else in Louisville. On top of that, we received great help and support from Maxine Rodriguez and Joseph Windham. They were pleasant, helpful, polite, patient, and friendly. We would 100% recommend Mont to anyone.

Not only does Mont Surfaces have impressive showroom displays and a vast selection of natural and manufactured surfaces, the staff is helpful without being intrusive or condescending. This was not our experience at a competitor's warehouse. We have been to Mont a total of 3 times while making our selection. Maxine has been at the desk every single time and is always courteous and knowledgeable. Kevin helped in the warehouse on our 2nd visit; and the other 2 staff members, whose names I did not catch, were also very friendly. If you are in the market for engineered quartz, natural stone, or manufactured surfaces, Mont should be on your list of places to visit.

Went to Mont today as a visit for The Burkhart Company and it was very impressive. They have a ton of inventory and it’s all organized and very clean.

Kayla Kolinski provides 5 star service. She worked to make selecting our granite and quartzite easy. She had the slabs held for our fabricator when they were slow to communicate and let me know they were safe. And she made them available for us to view again so we could work on cabinet colors. She was always cheerful and had a yes we can attitude. We were going to buy the granite from Mont but we had picked out the quartzite at another company. Kayla was so great we decided to buy all 3 slabs from her. She really gives great service!!

Loved my experience with Mont. I wasn’t impressed by much at OHM or Global, but Mont had a lot of options that matched what I was looking for. I also liked that they copied my selection sheet and emailed it to me along with pictures, which isn’t something the other distributors do. I didn’t have to bother with taking pictures on my phone and digging out my paperwork all the time when trying to match up with cabinets. Maxine was also great at sending over my selections to the fabricator I chose - same day. Mont is also really competitive on pricing, and I was able to benefit from price reductions which are rare in this day and age. They even stay open late on some weekdays so I didn’t have to miss work just to look. Overall, extremely pleased and my experience couldn’t have been better!
