I hired Mr. Rocha based on the reviews here. I am leaving my review so that people can know what type of service they will receive. First off, I saw Mr. Rocha look around and take rocks from my neighbors yard. I still don’t understand why he did that. Yes, it’s just rocks, but why take them? My neighbor also questioned that when his camera picked it up. Makes me wonder what else he would have taken had I not been there. When the job was finished, they left water bottles thrown on the grass. He took another job while he worked on ours, which is the reason he was not on the job at the time he said he would be there. My turf turned yellow and had called Javier 5 times to tell him that it had turned yellow and that I still had warranty. He keep telling me that he was going to send someone to look at it and never did. So now I have yellow turf.
