I solicited 3 bids for a new roof. Monterrosa Improvement LLC did not have the lowest bid. In fact, it was the highest bid. Nonetheless, I choose to spend $200 more b/c I immediately felt I could trust them to get the job done and get it done right. It wasn’t just a crew the firm sent out—that crew included the owner who was up there at the roofline. Courteous, timely, professional all around. I’ll be looking for their help on other home projects from now on.

I have used Carlos and his team for two properties now and fully trust them and their expertise. Both from a roofing and from an insurance perspective. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs roofing done! They are extremely organized, responsive, and get the job done right. I'm beyond pleased with how the roof came out!
