Dustin was great. Easy to schedule. Prompt. Called when he was on his way. Very competent. Diagnosed issue quickly. Ordered part and fixed it within a week. Will definitely use him for all future appliance repair needs. We are lucky to have him in the Verde Valley!

Did a great evaluation of what was wrong with our dishwasher. They serve a wide area of northern Arizona, so I'm sure that's why it took them 12 days to call us once they got the service order from the home warranty company. But, once they came for the appointment, they were very thorough, explained everything well and were timely in getting the information back to the home warranty folks. If they were quicker in coveting us, I would have given them 5 stars.

If you use a home warranty co for appliance services and they schedule you with this co, good luck, because they won't make contact with you, ignore your texts, never follow up, I see other reviews similar complaints regarding same issues. Ask for Sears home services to be your designated contractor as they have this process down to a science and they make contact with you and follow up.

This is the most unprofessional appliance repair business I have ever dealt with. I filed a claim for a dryer in march of 2022 through home depot and here we are in January of 2023 and he has gone missing. parts were claimed to be on back order. I called multiple times to follow up. no answer... i reached out to the warranty company and they said the claim was closed and the dryer was repaired.

Dustin was professional, knowledgeable, fair and honest... and a lifesaver! :) I can't recommend him highly enough! I have called him twice - for a dryer repair and a refrigerator issue. I don't take the time to write reviews, but just had to with such great service - even though I'm posting a couple months late!
