Joel did amazing work with the overall design and execution of our kitchen remodel! We met with multiple designers, and Joel was the only one that provided realistic expectations within our space and budget. During each phase of the project he communicated any issues and provided options and recommendations based on his expertise and experience. He worked with our other contractors to make sure the overall design was completed. He is very thorough which ensured quality throughout. He made sure every thing was completed to our satisfaction, and any issues we found after he would come back to reinspect or rework without hesitation. We asked Joel to work on other smaller projects we had, and will consider him first for our future projects as well. Thank you Joel!

Joel and his team do amazing work. The quality and workmanship is top notch, the costs are very reasonable and he is great to deal with. We have been working with Joel for more than 10 years with various remodels (2 bathrooms and a 500 square foot guest house) and a variety of different projects of various shapes and sizes including a complete overhaul/replacement of rotted out wood from both and outside patio and stairwell (he hadn't done the initial install). His work was better than new.

Joel did a great job doing cabinets, floors, tiles, backsplash and other things. In one instance, someone else wasn't getting the job done and he came in and did the job correctly. He worked with me when I had to switch a gears a few times. He wants the job done correctly. Recommended.

We had Joel and team in last Spring to completely redo our “kids” bathroom upstairs – I know, why their bathroom and not ours? Don’t worry, Joel is comeback back in April to do ours! Anyway, back to the “kids” bathroom – although bringing him back to do ours should be a pretty good clue how that turned out… We had a tight budget as well as specific requests, totally normal and something Joel handled with ease. He provided estimates for exactly what we asked for, but also another option that did everything we needed but provided more cost flexibility by putting our special request (a pocket door) on hold until into the project enough to know if there would be any additional costs due to repairs. You can’t always be sure if the floor needs to be replaced or plumbing repaired until you rip u
