Update: Comment to company after they replied: Thanks for your reply. However, I was the ONLY person in there and four different people looked me in my face and didnt even acknowledge me. The older man, and three younger men. I get family businesses are busy but wasnt I a potential customer as well? I even called first to ask if I could come. I had no issue with waiting. My issue was the non existent customer service. Not even a Ma'am, someone will be right with you. The bearded guy, i think he had a beard, im not sure, came 2ft in front me and still ignored me and called the transportation system asking for someone and the lady on the other end told him that the person was with a call and your worker left a message for them to call back because their key was ready. I got locked out of 08 Honda Civic 2 too May times! I never had a spare key when I purchased the car, so I googled key companies in the local area and found Montgomery Lock and Key! I told them I needed a spare car key, but I ended up getting a whole new car key with remote, they were able to program it to my car, everything worked just fine and I was on my way! I never even knew this was possible without going to the dealership! Customer service was great from the time I walked in to the time I walked out, great prices, the young guy worked fast and efficiently to get me all taken care of.
