This company lacks adequate training for handling furniture once is packed and ready to be out of your home to place in the overseas container. They use La Rosa Del Monte once the furniture gets here to the USA. So it’s hard to know where the blame comes from when you received damaged furniture. Received badly damaged furniture and can’t get no one responsible for it.

The WORST moving company in the world. 2 Months and they couldn't find my $2,000 mattress. Broke my dresser and damaged my sofa. Worst customer service ever. Over Charged me and took forever to deliver. BEWARE Monti and Rosa del Monte are the same company. They both scammers. I only put 1 star because I couldn't go lower.

Broke, (1)Dining Table Chairs, (2) Deco Lamps,(3) World Wood Bar (4) Glass Curio"Bigtrina toda de Cristal., (5) Boxes kitchen Assesoris., After a month nobody in the offices wants take Responsibility.. Do not made any " MOVE" with " MONTI MOVING" I will not give any Start to this Co.

Great Company, especially the service. All my moves came at time and nothing was broken. I would recommend them for anyone who needs fast and very trusting people.

Worst movers ever. Broke my 28" $400 TV and despite the fact that I put an insurance on the thing, they only gave me $100 for my claim. And the move was late by 6 weeks.
