Completely agree with the other 3 reviews on the contact paul being so unpleasant it drives you to write a review on the company's behalf. I work in sales and get chewed out all the time but this contact Paul was beyond inconsiderate and rude. Paul had actually contacted me back interested in our services and prices and I was following up per his request - the yelling at me was uncalled for. Rude and disrespectful especially when asking for our services.

It seems I am not the only one with a complaint. #1. customer service is everything. I called the office and the secretary was nice and helpful. She passed me to Paul who was to assist me with my questions. His tone, defensive position and haste was not pleasant. Though I got the contact information I needed to make a complaint, I still am displeased with this company. I hope things get better for them with ethics and practices.

Monumental Paving & Excavating has been witnessed illegally dumping near our community garden in the Oliver community. My neighbors and I work daily to improve our neighborhood. Illegal dumping cannot be tolerated. Do you want to do business with a company that brazenly destroys neighborhoods with illegal dumping?

Every interaction I've had with Monumental paving has been pleasant and enjoyable. I NEVER review companies here, but these guys were worth it!!
