Very happy with Mike and Scott (hope I got the name right,) Accurately diagnosed the source of a knocking sound coming from our hot water heater and fixed the valve, they checked our pressure regulator because we were having leaks and suspected our pressure was too high, then repaired a leak under the sink, then gave me the advice to exercise our Moen lifetime guarantee and when Moen sent the new faucet, they came back to install it for free. Wonderful service, very sharp and personable. They are our go-to company!

We recently moved and I had called them for a quote in getting a valve installed for a gas oven hookup. They were able to give me a fair quote right off the top of their head. I had called some other places for quote comparisons and the other guys couldn’t give me a quote without sending someone out to my house for a fee or were significantly more expensive. I had called near the weekend originally so they had scheduled me for a Monday as they didn’t have any openings, but called me Friday morning and asked if I’d like to have it done that morning so we could have our stove for the weekend which I thought was fantastic.
