They also reminded me that expecting quality customer service is not a thing of the past. The team there was extremely patient with me as I took my time selecting color, grade, and “feel” of my perfect carpet selection. I was referred to Moon’s Carpet by our friend/realtor as we needed to carpet our new stairs on main floor and to the basement because our dogs and kids kept slipping. We are still in Reno mode but I really wanted to get something in before the holiday rush. Ashley was super responsive and worked with the photos I sent her of our decor.
