Would absolutely avoid. This cleaning company put us through a nightmare. I will highlight a few things: they send out a new cleaner almost every clean so this cleaner has no idea how your cabin looks or what needs restocked. Thus, we never had things like coffee restocked and our decorative pillows were thrown in the closet. They stole several items from the cleaning cabinet to include vacuum and brooms, and our linens were always missing and replaced with terrible, linens with holes (hospital blankets). Our comforter was returned to us approximately 8 months after being pulled to wash with a different cabin name in the tag. Moonshine is our Airbnb "maintenance and cleaning" PARTNER! John and Robin are super responsive and totally sensitive to our every need! We love Moonshine and have virtually 100% reviews on Airbnb who record "Spotless" cleaning. In addition, since we are several hours away, they are our "Go-to" for miscellaneous items that occur with guests and they do whatever we ask with pleasure!! We highly recommend this company.

They are great with scheduling and communications and are always easy to reach any time of the day. They're fast to respond to emergency needs as well. Moonshine Cleaners did an amazing job with the cabin we rented. I kept in touch with our guest contact before we left, once we were on our way and again when we were checking out!
