Moore Brothers Floor Covering

Went in to purchase carpet for a bedroom. Larry Haney came to our home to measure and brought some samples of the type of carpet I wanted. I found 'the one, it was ordered that day and the following Thursday, it's beautiful on the floor. Good price, excellent service and quality. Installers were quick and very neat and clean. Great experience.

Went in the store yesterday trying to purchase a carpet and said he could not because he had no one there to cut it he said come today at noon, that h would have someone, so I did and he said he had noone again and I said well can my cousin come in a cut it he said he rather not I asked If he knew anyone that could come in a cut it he said no, he couldn't either because he says he has a bad back, and just not in anyway shape or form trying to come up with a solution or be helpful so we just left 👈

I ordered 2 boxes of flooring, paid for them and changed my mind the following day and they won't refund my money for a product I haven't even received. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Great experience from my first time walking in the door. Installation was professional and I couldn't be more pleased.
