Moore Square Parking Deck

Uncomfortable and pissed off. My ticket wasn’t working because I parked during an event but stayed after the event bc I was working. The assistance volume is so low that I could not hear it the first time and had to get out of my car and put my ear against the box to hear- then was standing outside my car having to deal with it while they asked for my name, my address, my phone number and all this other information that I had to stand there and give them to be able to get out of the deck after a homeless man harassed me on my way to the deck and was following me towards the parking deck while I tried to get to my car. I have to park here for work and will be finding a different deck to park at because I was so uncomfortable having to stand outside my car alone at 10 o’clock at night dealin

Very convenient parking lot.. We visited the Marble museum and parked my car here. I did not realize that weekends the parking is free hurray.. that’s awesome.. I tried to find a spot around Moores Square and it was virtually impossible.. I was looking for a free car charger and found this parking deck. I was able to charge my car for three hours and did not pay for parking .. but the ChargePoint free charger is on the fifth floor and actually it’s really slow. It only gives 3 kW per hour. But something is better than nothing.. for weekday parking to its relatively cheap and compared to other lots..

Elevator was not working on our visit and we had a person in a wheelchair that we rolled down from the 3rd level. A bit inconvenient.

Got free parking for going on a Saturday which was great. Lots of spaces available. Only downsides were the elevator (dirty and sketchy) and the ground level being where the bus station is so there are some sketchy people sitting and staring or walking up asking random questions

The place stinks because a lot of homeless people walking around. I doubt you fit well to its ceiling height if you drive a big SUV or truck especially with a cargo box on the roof
