I go to all Moore supplies all over Houston and they have all been awesome but for some reason one of the employees here instantly has a problem when he sees me and the company that I work for (I just made a large purchase from the hajoca location no problem or issues 3hrs before coming to this location)making suggestions that he wouldn’t be able to assist me and that I need to call another location to help me get the materials that I need…. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience from this location

Wow, what outstanding customer service. Went in for a plumbing part. Turns out it was 2 parts that needed to be put together. Jeremy was great, he spent quite a bit of time making sure I had exactly what I needed and provided some welcome advice that was invaluable to a novice DIYer. Highly recommend Moore Plumbing Supply in Humble if you are looking for knowledgeable, friendly staff and reasonable prices.

Great customer service. During the winter storm in February 2021, they came to those waiting outside in line and asked what everyone needed then confirmed on the spot whether they had it or were getting more on order. Depending on the part they don't have as much as a big chain store (ex: PVC check valve or rubber pipe insulation) but have way better service and knowledge.
