I manage a commercial building with multiple AC units, a cooling tower and pumps. After cycling through several large and small service providers over the years, with little satisfaction, I started using Moore's since 2018. I have been satisfied with the level of knowledge of Moore's service techs as well as the great customer support that I experience from their back-office operations staff. Moore's tech diagnosed and corrected faulty refrigerant piping installation that caused multiple failures over the years. This act alone, saved my company thousands of dollars-worth of unnecessary repairs over the last five years. They have since installed 5 cooling units and a cooling tower, and I'm considering them for the upcoming replacement of 2 large-capacity cooling units.
