I’m not one to usually leave reviews, but for this, I had to. Numerous times throughout the spring and summer my husband and I tried to contact this company with questions and concerns and not once were we ever answered or given a call back. We sent emails, made phone calls, texts, and even left notes on the door telling them to PLEASE give us a call back. Nothing. My husband had been in contact with a woman who i guess forwards messages to the owner, but even then we never heard anything back from the owner. He had contacted this woman over a month ago asking when they could come out to deal with our sprinkler system and get them ready for winter time (considering we were about to get our first freeze), to which she replied he “could probably come next week.” That week passed and another
