If I could leave a 0 I would. Moores Landscaping will ruin your yard. They don’t take the time to properly train crews. They’re too worried about time to slow down and do a job correctly. Only hire them if you want entire chunks of grass missing from your yard and all of your edging ENTIRELY DESTROYED!! These guys are literally the worst. If Equipment “brakes” they won’t show up for over 2 weeks and then will refuse to take extra time to cleanup or pick up any of the clippings from the grass they allowed to reach 8”+ in height.

Elliott Moore is not only an expert, he actually cares about his clients. I found him by chance after experiencing a borderline traumatic flooding incident 2 weeks after closing on a house that was A) not in a flood zone and B) had recently undergone regrading to “fix” any drainage issues that were supposedly not going to be a problem anymore according to our agent. We learned quickly that could not have been more wrong. Elliott came within 24 hours of me calling and had his team of landscape designers and an architect out ASAP to measure the contours and elevation of our property and come up with a plan that ensures that even in heavy rain events (which is what you’re seeing in the very worst photo attached, our house will be protected.) We recently had Moore's come out and give us a bid to grind out a very large tree stump. They gave us a very reasonable price and were able to get it done the very next day. While working they accidentally hit the sprinkler line and broke it. They were back within days again to fix it. We were very impressed with their communication and friendly dispositions. Will definitely use again!

Failure lawn service! Frequently leave portions of our Condo 7 acres not mowed. Didn't treat for weeds this year at all. Last week one of 3 large mowers broke down and they just left with over half of property not mowed. Unacceptable service, I do NOT recommend them. They have some hard working employees but they're just doing what they're told.

Have always loved Moore’s and go there when I have problems with plants and insects. They have done landscaping projects in the past for us and we were thrilled with the results. Today 5/22, I went in to ask for help controlling aphids. The person working couldn’t understand what I was talking about. She said she had never heard of them. When I told her they were tiny little bugs, she replied, “How can you see them if they are so small.” Then when I went to check out, after finding a product I hope will work, she had problems working the cash register. She was a pleasant person, but admitted that she didn’t know about plants. I get that everyone has to start somewhere, but my hope would be that a knowledgeable employee would be there to help her. Definitely will not return on a weekend.
