Owner consistently disregards instruction , Stands you up consistently, always has an excuse for everything , when there is no excuse. Even this review he will undoubtedly have an excuse as to why he deliberately overlooks an area that's the first thing you see when you step foot in my back yard, Became disoriented when i came out to trim my own monkey grass , started threatning to.relinquish any duty, because i cut my own grass, it was to say the least Pyschotic He will act like he never did something or was not told of areas that clearly he was . Every week a different lie, every week blatant disregard for areas directly in front you that are clearly a part of the yard .. He's Fired.. Do not use this service , save yourself the trouble we've experiened.. He'll respond by saying

Started the day looking for a competent and efficient lawncare company to service my yard bi-weekly. Ended up finding something beyond what I expected. William and his team were conveniently 2 houses down already servicing homes in my neighborhood (huge plus in my book knowing that my neighbors trust him) and ended up being able to have my yard serviced THE SAME DAY. Best pricing you can get in town. Sends photos of completed work if you aren't home to see the work, in person. Without question the best first impression I've had with not just a lawncare company but any customer service company in a long time. 5/5 Stars, 10/10 all the way around. FJ has been incredible. His crew is always prompt and does a great job with the typical yard maintenance. He’s been more than capable of handling every special project I’ve needed done in the yard and it always comes out just like we had discussed. Will absolutely continue using FJ for my annual maintenance and other projects as they come up.

Worst lawn service I ever seen. Lied to my face about what he cut and found out he didn’t. Touch it. I could go on and on about no call no shows, etc etc. do yourself a favor pass this guy by and hire a professional. Who doesn’t show up smelling like liquor and cutting what he chooses’ the list is endlessly, William is a nitemare to deal with trust me, Don’t even think about getting into business dealing with him, You will Regret it..
