We are so impressed with Moore’s. We had a new tank and drain field installed 15 months ago. Last weekend our tank was fulla nd had to be pumped. Both techs that came out said that shouldn’t be full. BJ followed up and came back out and looked at the system and discovered that after 15 months of settling, the tank lines needed readjusting. He fixed it and is refunding the punp fee we paid. They are all very professional, from Heather on the phone, to the techs in the field to BJ by following up. We highly recommend Moore’s Septic.

My wife and I are more than pleased with Moore's Sand and Septic. We needed our septic tank pumped out, called in the morning and by the afternoon, same day. Charles and Billy were my technicians and they were both very professional and respectful with alot of knowledge. They made sure that everything was cleared and working correctly. We had an emergency with our lift station on a Sunday and we are so thankful we called Moores. Charles and Ben were excellent. They were fast, efficient and explained everything to us as they worked to fix our problem. I cannot recommend them enough if you have any septic needs.
