Moore's Well Drilling & Pump Service

Moores is Putnam county’s best and beyond! Old pump went out in the middle of the night called them the next day and they were out in a few hours to replace it with a much bigger and better one. Tom the technician was great!

I give a three because they did show up and do the job. We needed a new well drilled. It wasn’t the best experience. I did have to reach out to them several times after making the deposit. They were busy, I get it. But there was added money to the bill that we weren’t aware of without much of an explanation. Only the extra depth they needed to drill, again without telling us. It wasn’t a “great and outstanding” experience. They did do the job. If you’re expecting top notch service, might want to check around.

A shout out to Moore's awell and Drilling in Palatka. Tom, a most effective technician, ran through my entire well system and filter system. Checked all parts and advised on possible upcoming problems. Moore's responded the next day after my call for servicing. And Crystal is a jewel keeping everything running smoothly. Called Moores yesterday morning at 8am, they had Mr. Chris to my house in St. Augustine at 11:30, he tested my 50 plus year old well and said we were getting some sand. We knew that and was thinking we needed a new well( all weekend). He came did his test and told us we need a tank to drop sand to bottom and good water come to house. He was the kindest nicest man and very professional and Honest. Because when I called I just knew we needed a well. Which I’m sure was more than what he did for us. I appreciate your honesty, fast fix to our problems and will recommend you to my friends. Your company was a blessing and answer to prayers for us. Thank you again Gennifer and Jack

Somehow I forgot to add this review back in July. Well I called moores and explained my issue with the well and some leaks. They came out while I was at work and had my wife’s grandma there and changed parts and told me they didn’t have time to do the rest now and left me without water but with this bill. Mind you that’s a service call for $98 ,$228 labor($38 per 15 min on site), a pressure switch $65($30@lowes)which didn’t need replaced(they took old one wonder why) and a $65“nozzle clean” . Best $469.68 I’ve ever spent to not accidentally call them again.
