This company overcharges. We had service done on our furnace and the furnace did not work by the end of the night we called their service and we ended up having to call somebody else the next day because they were not available. We got the bill and we were over charged but the area rates. We called twice and given excuses on why they would not adjust the charge. This company we have found to be secretive on there cost. Communication from the tech were terrible. We tried in our opinion to communicate within 30 days of the service and we're met with excuses. I will tell everyone I know about our experience and refer to another company. This company is not even willing to work with us. I asked if they were even willing to work with us to find a solution. You guys are the best! Called this morning about a leaky garbage disposal. They weren't sure they could fit me in today because of other emergencies around the area. However, about an hour later, they called back and said they could be here in about 5-10 minutes. It worked out perfectly. Bonus: one of the guys who came has the same name, and same spelling, as my son. Pretty cool! 👍👍

Moorhead Plumbing & Heating is the best! My basement drain backed up with stinky, dirty, standing water. I called and left a voicemail, I think it was not more than 30 minutes, they called back, and within 15, had arrived, quickly assessed the situation, and got to work. I was dreading the worst--excavation of my yard, replacement of my line, etc., but they had used their tools to remedy the situation and made sure everything drained properly. My parents, who owned this house before me, had been loyal customers of another company in town. I'm now a loyal customer of Moorhead Plumbing & Heating for the home's needs, moving forward. Highly recommended!! These guys have taken great care of us over the years. Had an issue with my mom's thankless water heater. This unit also handles the furnace and floor heat. 2 service pros came right over and took care of the issue right away. Hard to find this kind of service.

The service guy was very nice but the service done DID NOT MATCH THE BILL I received. The service I had done was cleaning 8 ft of pipe below my kitchen sink (build up in the pipe…however still drained slowly) the snaking of that pipe was the all that was needed….and all that was done!! But my bill said he cleaned 35 feet of drain. Hmmmmm NOT!! The only noise was right below the sink as he was snaking it out. I know this because I was right above the sink and could hear it being cleaned up to my sink!! It conveniently took him just over an hour for a job that I told him exactly what was needed as I know my house and drains…and I’d recently had the other drain cleaned and had told him that. Told him that just the pipe below the sink needed to be cleaned out. So I think it should AND
