Called them for my landlord due to a carpenter bee infestation. The guy on the phone the first time wrote down the wrong address and phone number, so they didn’t come for the first appointment. Then, after a highly detailed phone conversation to reschedule them, after they didn’t arrive, communicating “carpenter bees”, he scheduled technicians to come out, only to say, “we don’t do bees” when they arrived. lmao. A total joke of a company imo

Robert and his team are professional, thorough, and on time. It had been a while since I'd had a house tented; the videos and printed instructions made it clear and easy. I made a couple of mistakes preparing, but they took care of it for me. Morales Exterminating was recommended to me by a long- time friend, and I recommend Morales to my friends. Great job, Robert! Great company best customer service & very responsive. I contacted 4 other companies before I selected them for the job. They gave me the best price, great follow-up, On time and they were so helpful (helped with moving pots and plants) no other company offered to help. Other companies wanted me to disturb my neighbors & have a adjacent neighbor entry door removed for 2 days for tenting (that did not sit well with my neighbors) but Morales Ext. Co. found a way around it!!! Best service hands down. They were on time, professional, and so very helpful not to mention offered a fair price for the service. Would absolutely recommend!
