I had a deeply frustrating experience with Morales Tree & Landscaping, a one-man company, and strongly recommend avoiding their services. In hindsight, it was my mistake for allowing him to proceed with the work, but the red flags were there from the start. The owner, who only speaks Spanish (though I suspect he understands more than he lets on), runs the operation but seems to hire day-laborers to assist. He was unprofessional, unreliable, and his work caused significant issues. We agreed on a price and scope of work upfront, which was notably cheaper than all other quotes I received. However, he repeatedly changed the terms, claiming the work was more difficult than anticipated and required additional payment for unforeseen challenges. Morales Tree & Landscaping we’re call when trees fell after storm. The team showed up right away, answer all my question and quickly and efficiently removed 4 trees and trim back the remaining two, clean up the entire mess and removed and hauled all away. Mr. Morales and his team are very professional, competent and courteous. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.Definitely passing on contact information to family and friends!
