They were very helpful and gave sound advice on the gate I was building. Made sure I had the right parts and they have fair pricing. I highly recommend!

I guess I should have looked at their reviews before I called. I called to ask for a quote on parts to build my fence. The lady that answered had terrible phone manners and plainly terrible customer service. She talked to me like I was stupid because I didn't know all the specifics of fencing and all their nomenclature. I will be taking my business elsewhere. In case anyone is reviewing calls, I Called on 3/12/24 @ 4:30 ish. But a quick look at other bad reviews, sounds like it's the owner answering calls bc nothing has changed in regards to customer service based on some 2 year old reviews.

I don't ever leave reviews for company's online, good or bad, but I need to with this one. I can't speak for the quality of work these guys do because I didn't even make it past the absolutely rude lady who answered the phone. She is the reason for a 1 star review and the poor quality and not professional marks. She should be fired. I work for a school district south of Spokane and called looking to see if I could get an estimate for a damaged fence we sustained during the windstorm so that we can get it repaired through insurance claim. Simple, no big deal right? As soon as I told her this was for a school district, her tone immediately turned for the worse and accused us of having them come out and give us a quote only to turn around and we do the work ourselves, in essence wasting their

While I didn't have them build me a fence, I found the customer service to be first rate from the first call, to the gentleman who came out and did the estimate, and the delivery of the build quote. The experience and care with this company is consistent and real from everyone my wife and I dealt with. Had we chosen not to go a different direction, we certainly would have chosen Moran to do it.

I do not recommend this business. We as customers were treated rudely by the woman receptionist and the owner. The man who came out to do the estimate told us the work crew would be there on Sept. 15th, but a truck arrived the day before. We told him he was not expected until tomorrow but to go ahead and fix the fence. This foreman did not come to the door to announce arrival (we just heard a truck driving around to the back) nor did he come to the door to tell us when he finished the job. We couldn't inspect Moran Fencing's work to our satisfaction when the foreman was present. He just left the property without notice and we were not given the invoice.
