Seldom do I have the pleasure of basking in pure professionalism and expertise. Had two 30-year old Kohler shower valves that I needed to replace. The folks at Moran could not have been more knowledgeable, helpful, or friendly. Got the parts right away along with sage advice on installation. Cannot recommend them more highly!

Best customer service I have ever had at any business. Went in to get some replacement parts, but they didn't have any of them in stock. Nevertheless, they walked me through how to get the parts I was looking for. One was an obscure part I would have never found, but the guys there took the time out of their day to track down the part. Turns out the place that made it went out of business 15 years ago, so I would have spent hours searching and eventually would have been forced to replace my entire faucet. Instead, I was able to order a $50 replacement thanks to their expertise and willingness to help. Needless to say, I will only go one place for my plumbing needs from now on.

Matt (I believe he’s the owner/operator) at Moran saved me $325! I learned that I didn’t need to buy an entirely new faucet! I just needed a $3 tool to remove a blocked filter in my existing faucet. Matt showed me how to do it and made a $3 sale. Now that’s personal service. Thanks, Matt
