They lied to us, multiple times. These are not honest people. They acted very friendly, built trust, and then took advantage of us every chance they had. For example, they agreed to use solid wood for our project, and we discussed this in detail multiple times. They built our project out of plywood veneer and THEN tried to tell us why plywood is better. Terrible experience, and overpriced (their price kept increasing without explanation). We settled through our attorneys, not cheap. They also do not build their own cabinets, they are just sales people and they hire someone else to build.
