They Used Our professional services for over 10 projects, then never paid us for them, Owe us over $14,800.00. Do not do business with MVC. Its been 2 years, and they just dodge my phone calls.
Not recommended. No PE, No PM. Never respond to emails. Always bidding and behind (to make more money?). Avoid at all costs. Not a reputable operation!
Good company that works all over California doing public works projects regardless of the union racket and thuggery making it difficult for contractors to make a profit.
No paying for services provided to them.
