Morgan Street Garage (Propark)

This garage is fraudulent. Their posted rates on their website are not accurate. They will charge you 2-3x what their website clearly states. This review should not be taken down by google. The statement is factual. This garage overcharges customers and claims “event parking” yet dash cam footage proves there was no event parking signage notifying customers of this.

Don't park here if you have to do business in the city. Employees don't fill the exit machine with receipt paper, so good luck getting reimbursed for parking. And if you ask an attendant for assistance, they'll tell you to run your card and then get receipt. It's a lie. They'll say no receipts available. It's been going on for a month for alot of people.

Parked here for a concert Sunday night August 2025. I used ParkWhiz to book a parking space in advance of the concert. Very easy - I scanned the qr code when entering, had plenty of places to choose from to park, it is covered, the garage is clean, there are stairs or elevator you can use to access the street. On my way out, I just scanned the qr code again and I was all set, that was a bit before 11 pm. There was an attendant there both times. It's a bit of a walk from the Xfinity Theater but there are crosswalks and sidewalks the whole way, and getting onto 91 afterwards was a breeze. I would definitely park in this garage again.

I am a student at Capital and still having issues with getting into the garage.
