Morin Fuel

WARNING: Do not buy fuel from this company. My last kerosene delivery from them contained water in the fuel. I have had repeat furnace repairs due to the poor quality of their product. They claim the water did not come from them. As we know last summer was extremely dry. I have two brand new tanks that would not leak even if it did rain. Fuel delivery was the only possible way for water to get in my fuel. They claim condensation in my tanks. False. My tanks are light gray and not black. My tanks are also in a shaded area. They denied responsibility as one would expect. I have spent just over $3,600 in repairs and labor costs due to their negligence. First time the furnace would not run and the second time was a complete freeze up of the fuel filter and line. I would recommend going with

I called at 1 a.m. from Virginia because my son’s pellet stove broke and he was out of oil. The gentleman I spoke to was awesome! We lost signal he called me right back. It was amazing to experience that Maine customer service again! He told me not to worry he was heading out immediately to deliver some oil! Being 1000 miles away this Mom can rest now!
