Horrible horrible horrible. Ordered monument almost 12 months ago. Can not get anyone to give us a straight answer. It is always I will check and call you back but they never call back. Or they just don’t answer the phone. Will never recommend. Just be honest and tell us if it is going to take longer. Don’t make promises you can’t deliver.
