Morris Distributing

Had a very hard time getting ahold of them during cold weather when we were out of heat. There was a storm and travel could be a mess called all day on a Monday. When they opened Tuesday and I got a call back they were very friendly and quick to help us out. They had a reconditioned part they sold us to get us up and going quickly and I'm having my old one rebuilt by them, so we have a spare. I love my Clean Burn and feel more confident now about the customer service of Morris Dist. Thank You Chris for getting me going we appreciate a small business and the struggles that come along with being small.

Overpriced maintenance, different excuse each time they come out, they come - fix it - we pay - next day its down again. They point their finger at us saying we shut off air, our nozzle is clogged up, oil is dirty (different excuse every time - it's how they run their business!). It's happened 5-6 times this season already and my employees have to work in a harsh and cold environment because of this unreliable company. DO NOT BUY CLEAN BURN

Won’t show up to service calls. Unit keeps going down and they won’t show to fix it. The times they do show up they will spend more time in their van then they do working on the heater. Has happened multiple occasions

Bought a new unit with the agreement that they would service my old unit to move to smaller shop once unit was bought it was excuse after excuse an never showed up to service it was told that it would be 1700 to hook new one up then to find out they have to give me a estimate which was 3000 called to ask a couple ? An they guy i spoke to was rude an hateful told me papers were inside unit that tell me what I needed I wouldn't buy nothing off these people again but there loss I have 2 more units to get but sure won't be off this company for sure

You’ll freeze to death before they fix your clean burn heater! Then when you call them they act like your bothering/Rushing them!
