Quite on the contrary, Chris and Reuben have taken and returned after hour calls even on weekends and holidays. They are very responsive, reliable, affordable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, professional and I cannot recommend them enough! They installed our heat pump and furnace 10 years ago and we haven't had any issues since, until this cold season when various unrelated parts decided to fail in the same week. When my AC stopped working in July, they came out the same day (twice, because the unit was frozen the first time) to diagnose the problem. The technician, Johnny, was very polite and patient in explaining the problem and options for addressing it to me. They got the unit running again very quickly once the part came in and charged a very reasonable price. I recently had an issue with my heat and the woman in their office was extremely helpful, suggesting several simple things I could try on my own to see if it could be fixed without the expense of a technician visit. She even called me back to suggest another potential quick fix to try that hadn’t been mentioned during the initial call. Top notch customer service! I will definitely use them again.

This is the SECOND brand new Trane heat pump/AC that Morris Heating and Cooling has installed for us within the past two years, and now this new one decided to break down just like the first one! We had nothing but issues with the first unit, so they eventually came and installed this new one at the tail end of last year/beginning of this year after I complained enough times, and we are already having issues with it. It just randomly stopped working, and the filter in it is brand new (just changed), nothing was frozen, flipping the circuit breaker didn’t work, changing the batteries in the thermostat did nothing, etc. I am SO done with these people! The Morris Heating & Cooling inc team recently installed a Trane Cooling system with heat strips for us. They were highly recommended by my nephew as Morris installed his new system recently. From estimates to completion the Morris team were friendly, informative, respectful of property both inside and outside, and professional and prompt. Morris quickly worked us into their schedule. I would definitely use them again. We were very pleased with their work.
