Gates are often broken and the wait for an attendant is long. We were late for the theater one night because of this; probably won't park here unless absolutely necessary.

Double charged for parking here, the parking attendant refused to assist due to lack of receipt (almost none of their payment machine produce receipts), even after I showed him the pending credit card charge of $15. So, I had to pay again, as well as 3 cars in front of me in line who had the same dispute and who the attendant also refused assistance to. I would not recommend Morris St Parking, better to use any of the other nearby lots and make sure you DO NOT pay until you are actually driving out, because paying early just means you'll be paying double with no recourse, no receipts, and no assistance.

Great parking garage, I feel very safe here. There are constantly people around, and employees cleaning at night, so I feel very safe leaving my car here. There’s Lots of available space at night. Two elevators, stairs and several entrances. Expensive for short term but worth it for residential, about $7 a day if you’re living full time and need the monthly pass. Nightly employees who sweep the floors, ensure security, and empty out machines so they’re functional. If I had any negatives, I will say, in the past some homeless folks used to hang around inside the staircase, so it smells like human urine most of the time, only in the staircase area.

I have parked in this garage 4 times for last 2 years . So far no complaints. I think it is very good considering the reputation of New Brunswick. Definitely the parking place when I am in town.
