Morrison's Home Improvement

When we were looking to transform our basement from an old workshop into a guest suite, which could also be a family room, we selected Morrison's Home Improvement because of their high quality workmanship and pride in doing a great job. We are very pleased with the outcome and give them an A+ for the quality of the remodel they delivered. The attached photos show the before and after. We have already recommended them to others and plan to use them again for future work at our condo in the Berkshires.

My bathroom was updated by Morrisons recently. I am very happy with the completed project. Everyone at the office was professional and responsive from the designer, business office and the owner. A very skilled and professional staff member completed my project. He was very informative throughout the process. He answered my questions, advised me when called for, and took the time to ask for my input in regard to choosing proper placement of a fixture for my height. Everyone at Morrisons wanted me to be happy with the results. I now have a beautiful, safer, more functional bathroom.

I had the best possible experience. The work was meticulous. Matt was courteous, considerate, proactive, came on time and did beautiful work. He cleaned up every day and I really appreciated his care for my home and my comfort. It was a light bathroom remodel - new floor, sink, and bidet/toilet - but I was treated with all the thoughtfulness and respect that you'd expect with a huge job. I'll come back next year with another project. Thanks!

Over the last few months during 2025 and ending just this past week, we had one total redo of an upstairs bathroom and a new bathroom put in downstairs. Our upstairs one was a nightmare. Morrisons identified the issues and even suggested that we get our insurance company involved. We did and they helped pay for the repairs. Morrison’s did a fantastic job on both of them. Their craftsmen and women were patient with us throughout the ordeal. Yes, at times it was an ordeal after one thing after another manifested itself in our World War Two era house. Special recognition is meted out to Stacy, Brian, and Anna. They were great to work with. The bathrooms are incredible. We will be using them again for sure.

We needed to transform our 100 year old basement from crumbling concrete and dirt to a functional laundry room and exercise room. Morrisons helped us to transform it. They solved several problems which are common to old houses, replaced plumbing, built a new bathroom, updated electric, installed a finished floor, and turned it into a beautiful useful space. They also replaced a steep outside staircase with a lovely modern staircase. All Morrison's employees were wonderful, easy to work with, and able to solve the difficulties inherent in working on an old house.
