Mathew didn't do all that he proposed in his sod installation estimate. He was supposed to put seed down along the borders of the install for "Optimal Blending" he did no such thing. I never did business with him before , so I didn't know his work ethic/habits . He kept leaving without saying anything , and wondered why I was calling him. He cut out 113 sf and left, when he returned, I just wanted to make sure he was planning on doing the square footage that we agreed on and he got upset. If he was more communicative about his process we would not have had any issues except for the fact that he didn't do any blending as agreed.

Our front yard was full of weeds. Matt removed the weeds, laid fresh dirt and laid the sod. When I had questions about the job, he got back to me without delay and provided recommendations for maintenance. He demonstrated professionalism and completed the task within the designated timeframe. It may be a small yard, but it looks 100% better! Thanks, Matt, for improving the curb appeal!
