Mo is an efficient, reliable, thorough, and friendly cleaner. She’s been coming to our house every other week for several years. She always does a great job and my house feels so nice after she’s gone. If I need any special services she’s always game to help out. I reached out to this company (Monee) a week prior to cleaning. She asked for my home address and specs of the house. We scheduled to have her come clean my home the following Friday at 4:30pm. She sent me a reminder/confirmation text the day before my scheduled appointment. I confirmed. The day of scheduled cleaning she text me 2 hours before the appointment stating she had to cancel based on my home location. This was totally unacceptable. I had family coming in town for my nieces graduation/party and this was a major inconvenience. Why ask my address the week before, confirm the day before only to cancel 2 hours before. This is not how you do business. This company lost a would be great client.

This is a great cleaning company. Took me years to find a company that I didn’t have to worry about leaving in the house alone. 90% of the time I’m not home when they come.
