The staff was so friendly and helpful. They recommended that I check the website before I went in for my appointment and send them screenshots of what I liked. When I got there, she had several options that were within my price range ready to view. It made it such a quick pleasant experience. P I wish there were more bath tub options though. But I'm so excited to get my bathroom remodeled!!!! 😸

Britney was incredible - she took my mood board and budget ahead of the consultation and had exactly what I wanted ready in the showroom when I arrived. I was sold at first sight and didn’t even need to look at other options. She was incredibly helpful with the grout color choice as well (which is the most nerve-racking aspect for me). I felt confident in my choices when I left and am so happy with the final result in my sunroom.

Mosaic has been great to work with for our bathroom project. Kareem helped us so much and was super responsive to all of our questions! We shopped multiple places for tile and Mosaic had the best options and the highest quality tile of any of the stores we visited.

Clayton and the team are superb and have been a pleasure to work with for commercial and residential projects I have had. My orders have always been correct the first time and they have been easy to work with for product follow up.

I have been a loyal customer of Mosaic Tile for over 20 years. Chris and Marie were fantastic!!! Like family. The level of service has gone down so much since Clayton took over the store. He ran the tile shop poorly after being fired has now brought that same negativity to his new management position at Mosaic Tile. This was my go to place for years and years. Designers don’t stay, the level of turn around is ridiculous. Now sorry to say there are much more established places I used to ignore due to loyalty but can no longer do that. Shocking how bad this place has gotten. Highly recommend Best Tile minutes down the road. Don’t even waste your time with this place. Best tile down the street is much more professional. Far cry from what it once was.
