Moser Restoration

This review comes a couple years after hiring Moser Restoration. In all honesty, we were likely a thorn in his side. That said, at all times Dave was courteous and professional. He always followed up with us when he could of ignored us or our concerns. When the job took a turn from being straight forward he was quick to adjust what needed to be done and was upfront with everything. He runs a trustworthy company and he cares about the work they do. I would recommend Moser Restoration to anyone needing restoration services. Even after 2+ years of the work being done, everything has held up well and it was definitely better than the average company. Had a leak (flood inside my wall). These guys did great work and made it look better than original. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Attached are photos of the damage and I’m waiting on the baseboard to take after photos but it looks fantastic.

My Moms house had a kitchen fire. We found Moser Restoration and asked for a quote. His quote was far lower than the competition. Our insurance chose them for the job. Everything seemed good at the beginning until they started taking longer for certain tasks, not painting correctly and not even cleaning up after themselves. They were asked to correct their mistakes and instead of correcting them and repairing the poorly done work, he demanded the money from my Mom, he demanded that She pay him and the job is not even complete. He also stated that we would have to pay more if we wanted him to complete everything because he realized that he under bid the job. We told him he needed to finish what he started and it had to be done per his contract. He said that first we needed to pay him and if

I looked for a company to repair my house and found Moser Restoration. I contacted them and they told me they would do quality work and we signed a contract. David seemed very kind and courteous to me but I never imagined that he would send employees who had no idea how to do a good job. When I realized that they were doing everything wrong and with very low quality material, recycling material from one place to put it in another. I told him that that was not what we had agreed on and instead of repairing the poorly done work, he demanded the money from me, he demanded that I pay him and he did not finish the job. He also threatened me that if I did not pay him the money his lawyer would take me to court. To this day I am trying to fix this problem, but he did not comply with the contract.

We were impressed with David Moser's follow through. He always answers his phone and always does what he says he will do which puts him and his service at the top of our list. His crew is the fastest, hardest working team we have ever experienced. We are extremely pleased with the quality and timeliness of the restoration of our home after a bathroom leak. We are very particular and David and his team exceeded our expectations.
