We have used Mosquito Nix for about three years. Our most recent technician was Stanley, who was friendly and communicated well. Overall, the service has been consistent, friendly, and they follow up on requests timely. We would recommend their services.
The service itself was good, knowledgeable tech, but the billing was ridiculous. I swear it billed to my card, but over 6 months later they start hounding me for payment because I cancelled the card over a month after the service. So either they billed and didn't register it, or they didn't try to bill for over a month, then not contact me for 6 months so it is difficult to get statements proving it was paid. Terrible!
Perry was very attentive to our needs! He fixed our system and works great now!! Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! Thanks Perry!! Mosquitoes seem real bad this year so good thing it is fixed now!!
Have been with MosquitoNix for more then 10yrs. Throughout the years Rosa has always been there to help me when needed Rosa is FANTASTIC. Super nice, friendly, helpful, and more.
Horrible. Do not recommend. I haven’t been able to turn the system on this year - it is disabled for manual use. Not even certain it has worked at all this year. Never seen it go off. Hasn’t prevented them from billing $225/month. Significantly higher than their competitors.
