MosquitoNix Mosquito Control and Misting Systems

I’ve had a MosquitoNix system in my back and front yard for years, from the initial install to regular visits, the customer service and communication has been top-notch. My regular tech, along with a few others who come as needed, are always polite, thorough, and informative. Their business operations manager, Mariah, has been especially helpful and kind when managing the account side. As someone who has over 20 trees and bushes in their backyard for mosquitos to thrive in, we are still able to enjoy the yard mosquito free. I’m very happy with the product, but the compassionate customer service is the reason I will continue to choose them over their competitors.

Chris has been the technician servicing my mosquito misting system recently, and he has been outstanding. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to perform a very thorough inspection each visit. After he finishes, he immediately sends a detailed message explaining what he found and confirms that he double-checked my gates so my dog stays secure. That level of care gives me so much peace of mind. Chris is excellent, and I truly hope he continues servicing my home!

James, our service tech, is the best! He has great communication habits. He lets us know when he is on the way, arrives, and leaves. He gives us a summary of the good and not so good findings, and his action taken. Everybody in service roles should be as good as James is in his. We are fortunate to have our home on his service route.
