We had such a great experience with our install, and our maintenance service has been just as good. The customer service people and the technicians who come to service our system are always super professional. The system works great, but knowing this is the team behind the system makes everything even better. I would definitely recommend.

The company has been great at maintaining our system in working order, and the product eliminates the biting flying insects so we have use of our outdoor space when our neighbors do not. I can set off the system when needed in addition to the scheduled misting.

My wife and I we're getting fed up with all the mosquitoes in our backyard so we decided to contact Mosquito Nix. They came out and gave us a price several months ago. I thought the price was very high and read a lot of the past reviews and decided to not go with them. They continued to call me on a regular basis and tried to sell me on their system and tell me they could do it for a lesser price but they refused to come back out and review the plans with me. I decided to blow them off. I then received a phone call about 2 months ago from one of their sales associates named Brian and he told me that they were recently bought out and were trying to resolve a lot of the issues they had with customer service. What a joke. How do they stay in business. Rescheduled to come out to two LARGE properties twice only to call and say they hit a kitten and couldn't make it out. When I called back to reschedule a third time, I was hung up on twice. Go with SWAT Mosquito Systems for professional service.
