The most important thing to us was a dramatically updated kitchen to fit with the unique design and architecture of our home. This included complex structural elements and innovative design elements. Moss went above and beyond - completing extra work when other contractors from other companies failed. We gave Moss a lot of feed back along the way and they executed everything to meet our high standards. We would definitely choose Moss in the future and highly recommend them as a contractor.

From start to finish, Moss has been exceptional. It began with the first phone call to set up a meeting. I was hesitant because the first company came up with an outlandish quote. Im so happy I tried again with Moss. They listen to you, what you want, why you want to do the project, your esthetics, etc. Then they came up with a plan. Emmett was a star with the plans. They calmly, friendly and professionally guided me through the build. Communication was prompt and on target always. Ben & Yusra were quick to call or text. The subs were equally friendly, helpful and insightful. They watched out for my dog and foster dogs, keeping the area free of dangerous holes or debris. They made sure gates were always closed. And their work A+. Jeff was always on duty in case a problem arose.

We began working with MOSS before we even bought our house. I leaned on Ben Gaston (sales rep) to get a realistic renovation cost of fixer uppers we were looking to buy. We ended up getting out bid but our experience with Ben was so great we called him back more than 6 months later when our offer was accepted on another home. It was our initial contact with Ben that sold us on MOSS. There are a lot of competent design-build firms out there but Ben and his team were so kind, attentive, and just easy to work with personality-wise. We had MOSS renovate our entire 1970’s grungy wood paneling basement and our entire main level. The Moss team did a complete remodel of our Master bedroom, master bath and walk-in closet. They also completed the remodel of two additional bathrooms, a basement bar area and installed two new sliding glass doors and a third garage entry door. The Moss team did everything you would want in a design / build company. They began with excellent design ideas, helped us select the proper hardware and fixtures to complement each of the remodeled rooms. There were no surprises throughout the process.
