First let me say that this was my 2nd time using Motivated Movers. I first used them last year for my move & they did an exceptional job. They were on time, friendly & efficient. Also my belongings were well taken care of. This is why I opted to use them again this year for my move into my first home purchase. I will say that they were on time & friendly. However, my belongings were damaged & I believe that was due to the lack of care when loading it. I observed the guys drop a few of my belongings & NONE of my furniture was wrapped like they did the first time. My dresser drawers were sliding out as they moved the pieces from the house to the truck & as a result, my table, chair & TV were damaged. The part that upset me the most was that I called the following Monday to file a complaint &
