This message goes to the company. The African American in her 50-60’s woman working at the parking exit 4 around 6:30 PM (6 of March) was unbelievably unprofessional and rude. 0/10 customer support. We had misplaced our parking ticket and instead of helping resolve the situation calmly or explaining the process, she immediately became confrontational and dismissive. Her tone and attitude made an already stressful situation much worse. Customer service in situations like this should be about helping people solve a problem, not making them feel like they’ve done something terrible for making a simple mistake. To the girl working on the 4th floor by the charging stations around 7pm tonight (11/8): I genuinely hope you never find yourself having a rough day only to be met with the same dismissive attitude you gave me tonight. I came into this garage to use the EV charger and couldn’t get it to work and I was there for maybe two minutes. I politely asked if there was any way to void my ticket, and instead of helping, you laughed in my face and treated me like I was stupid for even asking. The way you spoke to me was completely unnecessary. You weren’t just unhelpful, you were mean. There was no reason for it. I asked a reasonable question and got hit with attitude for no reason at all. It’s honestly shocking that someone with such an obvious lack of patience, empathy, or basic respect is allowed

Public parking garage perfect for Roosevelt Island or nearby Astoria/LIC (not too many parking spots on the Island). Recently renovated. Low clearance 6'10''. Open 24/7. Monthly and visitors parking (different fees for residents vs non-residents). Highly demanded, there is a waiting list to get a spot nowadays.

It is Roosevelt Island.Love it.So peaceful,clean -you will hardly believe it is right in front of Manhattan.You can go on foot or by bus which is free here,enjoy watching the river and of course use the Tramway on the bridge and look from the sky at the Island and the City.Believe you will have a wish to come here again and again

Rating the building only. A beautiful piece of brutalist architecture As for parking : There’s plenty of free street parking right over the bridge. It’s a short scenic walk, or you can get a Citi Bike, there’s a few docking stations on the island.
