We had such a great experience with Jayson and Brock during the installation of our new air conditioning unit. The team arrived on time and completed the job in just one day. Our existing setup was older and required some customization, but they handled it seamlessly. We had received quotes from several other companies, all of whom insisted we needed to replace our working furnace. Not Motta. They found a way to make it work without unnecessary upgrades. Jayson went above and beyond—he thoroughly explained how to optimize the system, including the importance of frequent filter changes, and even made sure I could find the correct filter on Amazon before leaving. Brock was meticulous in his work. He relocated the new unit away from a component of our pellet stove, addressing a safety issue

Had Splits installed in our old home and could t be happier. They worked efficiently on the project from start to finish and left the place as if no one was there-no mess, and respectful of the space they were in. Jayson, Roman, & Brock were awesome with install and Sean met us ahead of time to make sure we had all our questions answered. Constant communication leading up to 3 days of effortless work (on our part). Would recommend without hesitation!

Great experience with Motta for the 3rd time with service tech Gregory G. My furnace is now 15 yrs old and last Feb 2025, was told by a different local company that I needed a new furnace during an annual check. I called Motta because they had originally installed. They sent out Greg and after a couple visits and ordering of parts he was able to fix what another HVAC was not willing to do! Now again in Jan 2026 in this frigid cold, the furnace stopped working on the Sunday morning of the 13 inch snowfall. The house got cold quickly. Thankfully Greg is still with Motta a year later and he came again! Again it needed a part but he was able to do a workaround for us to keep us warm and then returned 5 days later and fixed everything to work normally. He is excellent. Knowledgeable and clear

3 years ago, Motta was excellent. Went above and beyond. Since then, I guess they've been bought by private equity. In April of 2025, the quote for a job was $2900, but I couldn't get it done then due to dealing with issues with a family member's in-home care. In March of 2026, the quote for the same job is $8100. From $2900 to $8100 in 11 months. Don't trust them.

I needed emergency furnace repair. Called Motta and they scheduled Gregory Galati to help me asap. Showed up exactly when he said he would despite the snowy weather. He was so very kind, polite, knowledgeable and professional. Fixed the furnace issue, explaining as he went. Great experience with Motta......... I would highly recommend Gregory.........Thank you again!!!!
