I handed you my drawings that came directly from my contractor to show the measurements as the original email I sent was just a request for pricing and was never an order. You never sent me an order form or a request for signature for the order you were going to make so I had no way to verify your order. I was in your office and was not provided an order form for signature because you couldn’t find my file. I thought I was dealing with a professional glass company with experience. That was not the case. First I got a quote then put a deposit down. A month later I call them and say did my glass come in just to be told I'm so sorry we forgot to order it. Then 2 more weeks pass and the glass they ordered has a defect in it so they have to reorder it again. Then that delay created a scheduling issue with my contractor who was finished with the job and couldn't come back so I hired them to install the glass. A month later they show up to install the glass and it was ordered incorrectly. Everything about this company was wrong and unprofessional. Now they want me to pay for their mistakes.
