Mount Sinai Medical Center Main Parking Garage

On April 10, 2024, at around 1 pm, I encountered a disappointing service experience at the parking garage exit of Mount Sinai. The attendant, Griselda, displayed an unwelcoming demeanor making mad and mean faces when my credit card transaction failed, requiring me to use an alternative card. Unfortunately, Griselda did not offer any assistance or display the expected level of professionalism during this interaction. This incident does not reflect the high standards of service we anticipate from Mount Sinai staff. It suggests a need for further training or feedback mechanisms to ensure all employees can provide supportive and courteous service, even in challenging situations.

Don’t bother if you have a big car! Great Hospital!
