I had a great experience! I came home to a broken air conditioner at 10pm and didn't want my family to suffer the night in the heat. I gave Mountain Air a call and the on call service guy Mike answered the phone and within a few questions he said that he could get me back up and running tonight. Within a hour he was here and swapped out a few parts that was the problem. Additionally, he checked the health of the unit to make sure it was working at a 100% capacity before he left. I would highly recommend them if your air conditioner is down.

I needed help with my AC unit that was leaking water on my basement floor so Mike from mountain air came out on a Saturday evening just a few hrs after I called. He found that the construction done during my recently installed heater from another company was done incorrectly. He showed me exactly what was wrong so that it could be fixed. He was quick, friendly, and efficient. I definitely recommend their company.

It's hard to say enough good things about Ed and Mike of Mountain Air. When we had an AC problem at our home in Coastal NJ a few days before the biggest (and busiest) holiday weekend of the summer, they came out quickly and after hours to address our issue. Although we have a hardware problem that needs a long term solution, they were able to provide an interim fix that salvaged a wonderful visit from out of town family. Would most certainly call again.

Great Service! 5 stars! Had an issue where my air conditioning sytem stopped working over the summer, and Mountain Air & Heat was able to come out the NEXT day, diagnose and fix the issue! Technicians are super friendly and knowledgeable. I will absolutely be using them for any future repairs and maintenance I need! Recommending to EVERYONE reading this review!

The owner was extremely quick to get my unit fixed. He was very knowledgeable and gave me all my options. He was honest, courteous and professional. He followed all Covid-19 protocols with each visit. He kept me updated on the shipment status of the parts I needed. I was very satisfied with my service and will definitely be using them for all my future HVAC needs.
